The structure of the education is a 2-day workshop in the core principles of cryoneurolysis, pain and spasticity. Ultrasound guidance training and live patient demonstrations and treatments. In order to supply the education, we require funding to host the courses, organize meals for lectures and access the medical devices (and consumables) for the teaching courses with the appropriate cartridges.
The course registration fee covers the entire 2-day workshop (held from 0830-1700 on the specified days) and includes two lunches and one dinner.
Please select your most preferred date first, followed by any alternate dates (by order of preference).
If your most preferred date is unavailable, we will do our best to assign you to your next most preferred workshop date.
To complete your registration, it will first need to be approved. After submitting this form, you will be contacted by email to confirm your registration and provide payment options.
Workshop fees are listed for information purposes only.
Payment is not collected during registration and must be completed separately once your registration has been reviewed and approved. A payment link will be provided at that time.

All ARCRYO workshops are conducted in a fragrance-free environment to reduce the risk of accidental allergen exposure.
Food allergies and dietary restrictions must be disclosed at the time of registration. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate dietary needs, some requests may not be possible. Dietary needs remain the responsibility of the delegate.
Please note: Catering orders are placed 14 days in advance and finalized 7 days prior to the workshop. Failure to disclose dietary requirements during registration may prevent full accommodation.
Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to the ARCRYO office (info@arcryo.ca) no later than one (1) month prior to the workshop start date to be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this deadline. However, delegate substitutions are permitted, provided the replacement attendee meets eligibility requirements and ARCRYO is notified in advance.
An administrative cancellation fee of $75 will be deducted from all approved refunds.
Refunds will not be granted to registrants who do not attend their workshop and have not cancelled in accordance with the above policy.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to insufficient registration or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, all registration fees will be refunded in full.
The liability of the Organizing Committee is limited to the registration fee paid. The Organizing Committee is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by registrants, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or related expenses.
